Enhancement Overview
An error in calculation caused totals in the Average Primary Invoice Amount column to be incorrect.
Corrections were made to the POS Revenue And Collections report to include liability redemption in the calculation.
For PDF versions of this report, the Upgrade / Downgrade and Convert columns were updated to properly represent the data.

The Average Primary Invoice Amount calculation was averaging only months where there were collections, which caused totals in the Average Primary Invoice Amount column to be incorrect. Also, in certain instances deposit amounts were incorrect.
These issues are resolved. The deposit amounts are corrected, and we updated the Average Primary Invoice Amount calculation to average all months with primary invoices laid out to ensure that the Average Primary Invoice Amount column displays accurate totals.

Revised logic for Liability Redemptions
Previously, the POS Revenue & Collections report excluded liability redemptions other than gift certificates, PrePay and write offs. The system did not take these amounts into account when calculating totals, which lead to incorrect totals in multiple areas of the report summary.
Recent corrections and modifications to this report include:
- Updated calculations that account for club giveaways and other liability redemptions.
- The new Other column, located in the Liability Redemptions by Profit Center section, which displays all liability payments outside of gift certificates, PrePay, and Write Offs.
The following image shows the updated report summary.
- The red boxes indicate totals using updated calculations.
- The green box highlights the new Other column.
- Sections to the right of the updated totals show examples of sub-total and total calculations prior to this update.

Reorganization of Columns
When users generated a PDF report, the report’s layout transposed header titles in the Upgrade/Downgrade and Convert columns.
This issue is resolved to ensure that the column headers represent the related data. The following images show the correction.
