Agreement Entry/Exit Totals

The Agreement Entry/Exit Totals report reflects whether your club's transactions during the month caused business to grow or recede.

Changes made (whether positive or negative) may not necessarily affect the club the following month.

The report includes all agreements entered and exited for the month. Accounts are categorized under Agreements Entered and Agreements Exited, with subcategories under each. For each subcategory, it displays the number of accounts and dollar value of their impact for the previous, current, and future months, with a total for all accounts included.

The summary report displays the projected impact of membership dues for new agreements entered and agreements exited. Drill-down reports show the impact of dues as well as annual fees and other profit centers.

If a member signs and cancels an agreement in the same month, the agreement will be listed as both a new account and a cancelled account.

Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.
