Billing Summary
Use the Billing Summary to view end-of-month billing information for one or multiple clubs for the selected time frame. Data provided includes:
- Amounts collected and deposited
- Accounts added and exited
- Receivables balance
- Average primary invoice amount
Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.
Generating the Report
From the parameters page, you are able to customize the report using the following options:
- Sort - Sort the report by club or by date.
- Date - Select one or months.
- Club(s) - Select one or more clubs to be included in the report by moving clubs from the Available Clubs box to the Selected Clubs box.
- To add all available clubs to the Selected Clubs box, select the All Clubs check box.
- To select specific clubs, click the name of the club you want to move to the Selected Clubs box then click the arrow pointing toward the Selected Clubs box.
- Format - Select a format.
After you have made your selections, run or queue the report.

New Accounts include member agreements that are renewed or rewritten. Do not manually add the selected month's New Accounts to the previous months' Total Accounts to find the membership count because any renewed or rewritten agreements will be double counted. Instead, use the selected month's Total Accounts to view an accurate end-of-month membership count.

Total Collected | Total amount collected for the reporting month less reversals |
Deposit Amount | Total deposit amount for the reporting month |
New Accounts | Total billing accounts added or reinstated for the reporting month, including renewed accounts, rewritten accounts, reinstated accounts (reinstated from collections), and transferred in accounts |
New Cash Accounts | Total non-billing accounts added for the reporting month |
Total Added | Total billing and non-billing accounts added for the reporting month |
Total Amount Added | Total dollar amount of billing added from new accounts and new cash accounts |
Exited Accounts | Total billing accounts exited for the reporting month, including PIF term accounts (installment accounts that have satisfied their term), cancelled accounts, collection accounts (RFC), and transferred out accounts |
Exited Cash Accounts | Total non-billing accounts exited for the reporting month, including PIF cash accounts and cancelled cash accounts |
Total Exited | Total billing and non-billing accounts exited for the reporting month |
Total Amount Exited | Total dollar amount of billing from exited accounts |
Total Accounts | End of month total number of receivable accounts |
Receivable Balance | The gross amount owed to the club if all installment members paid their remaining contractual balance in full and all open-end members paid one month of dues. It is a perfect world projection of all the money the club is owed. |
Statement/Manual Billing % | Percentage of accounts with a paymode of Statement/Manual Billing at the end of the month |
Bank Draft % | Percentage of accounts with a paymode of Bank Draft at the end of the month |
Credit Card % | Percentage of accounts with a paymode of Credit Card at the end of the month |
Problem % | Percentage of accounts in billing Problem status at the end of the month |
Average Primary Invoice Amount |
The sum of all invoices for the month where the profit center is considered to be the primary profit center (usually the Dues profit center) divided by the number of invoices fitting this criteria. This includes all primary invoice amounts for active and inactive members laid out in the ABC Billing System for the month selected. |
Sample Drill-Down Report
Drill-down links are provided under the Average Primary Invoice Amount column. Select a total to view the Primary Invoice Detail report, which lists all primary invoices, totals the number of accounts and invoice amounts, and the average invoice amount per member.
The Primary Invoice Detail report includes both active and inactive members.
