Miscellaneous Deductions and Reimbursements

Report Overview

Miscellaneous deductions and reimbursements are any system-generated fees that are not entered into the payment schedule. Examples include cash storage fees, renewal letters, and some administrative fees.

Data is available beginning January 1, 2015.

Report Sections

The report includes up to three sections:

  • Administrative fees are those charged for the transfer of funds for your Mid Month and End of Month Checks as well as fees for Early Deposits.
  • Deductions can include Early Deposits, Franchise fees, fees for services rendered by ABC, and much more.
  • Reimbursements are as wide-ranging in content as deductions.
