Create an Alert for Multiple Members

You can create a single alert that will be applied to multiple members.

To create an alert for multiple members:

  1. Point to the main Menu.
  2. In the Members submenu, click Manage.
  3. Select the desired members.
  4. From the Selected Members menu, select Create Member Alert.
  5. When the Create Member Alert dialog box appears, enter the alert information and click OK.

    The alert has been applied to all selected members.
