Attended Check In

Use Attended Check In during normal operation when the front desk is fully staffed.

If you are using a USB scanner, members will only be able to check in if the mouse cursor remains on the Attended Check In page.

While in Attended mode, DataTrak will

• Let you find and check in a member if the member does not have their barcode.
• Show alerts and allow you to manage them if necessary.
• Display all recent check ins.
• Show the last member's check in information.
• Allow you to deduct services from the member.
• Allow employees to clock in and clock out.
