Member Service Usage History Report

This system default report contains the following columns in this order:
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Club Name | The name of the club at which the service was used. |
Member Name (last, first) | The member's name with last name first. |
Agreement # | The member's agreement number. |
Service Used | The name of the service used at the time of the listed check in. |
Trainer | The name of the trainer associated with the listed service. |
Date/Time | The date and time of the check in. |
Remaining Visits | The number of uses the member has remaining for the listed service. |
Check In Employee | The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time the member checked in. |
