Alert Information Subcategory
The Alert Information subcategory displays information about the alerts associated with individual member check ins. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.
Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Active | Displays "Yes" if the listed alert is an active alert, or "No" if it is not. |
Address | The member's address as it is entered on the member page. |
Agreement # | The member's agreement number. |
Agreement Level | Displays "Yes" if the alert affects the full agreement level, or "No" if the alert affects only the individual or all members, regardless of agreement number. |
Agreement Misc | The Agreement Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page. |
Alert | The name of the alert, as listed on the Check Ins tab on the Attended Check In page. |
Alert Source | Indicates the source of the alert: ABC Alert, Club Alert, or Member Alert. |
Alert Type | The type of alert, as listed on the Manage Alert Types page. |
Barcode | The member’s barcode. |
Birth Date | The member's date of birth. |
Cell Phone | The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Check In Date | The date of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In Date/Time | The date and time of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In Status | Indicates the status of the listed check in: Entry Allowed, Entry Denied, Entry Not Set, or Normal Entry. |
Check In Time | The time of the check in associated with the alert. |
City | The member’s city as it appears on the member page. |
Club Name | The name of the club associated with the agreement. |
Club Nbr | The number of the club associated with the agreement. |
Color | The text color of the alert, as selected on the Edit Member Alert page. These fields will populate with either the name of the color or the color hex code (ex. "#FF9900"). |
Country | The abbreviated name of the member’s country (ex. “US”). |
Country Name | The full name of the member’s country (ex. “United States”). |
Created Date | The date the alert was created for the member. |
Created Date/Time | The date and time the alert was created for the member. |
Created Time | The time the alert was created for the member. |
Editable | Displays "Yes" to indicate that the listed alert can be edited, or "No" if it cannot. |
The member’s email address as it appears in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page. | |
Emergency Phone | The emergency phone number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Expiration Date | The date that the alert will expire (no longer be shown at the time of check in), as entered on the Edit Member Alert page. |
Fax | The fax number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Grace Period | The number of days until the alert will appear again upon check in. |
Level | Displays a "1" to indicate that the alert affects the agreement level or a "2" if the alert affects only the individual or all members, regardless of agreement number. This column functions like the Agreement Level column, which uses "Yes" and "No" rather than "1" and "2", respectively. |
Member Misc | The Member Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Personal section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Member Name | The member's name. There are up to four Member Name columns: Last name, first name; first name, last name; first name only; last name only. |
Member Since Date | The date that the member agreement was created. |
Member Status | The member’s current status, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page. |
Member Status Reason | The reason for the member’s current status. |
Membership State | Indicates whether a member is active or inactive. |
Membership Type | The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Must Acknowledge | Displays "Yes" if the alert was set up to require the alert to be acknowledged at the time of check in, as configured on the Edit Member Alert page. |
Note | The text of the note entered in the Notes field on the Edit Member Alert page. |
Order | The order in which the alert type appears on the Sort Alert Types page. |
Primary Phone | The member's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Show One Time | Displays "Yes" if the alert is configured on the Edit Member Alert page to appear only one time. |
Sound | The name of the sound to be played for this alert when the member checks in, as selected on the Edit Member Alert page. |
State | The state in which the member resides, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Status Date | The date the member's most recent status was created, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page. |
Term | The agreement term (Cash, Cash Open, Open, or Installment). |
Work Phone | The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Zip | The member’s zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page. |
