Check In Alerts Subcategory
This report subcategory displays information about member check ins that have alerts. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.
Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.
Column Name | Column Description |

Address | The member's address as it is entered on the member page. |
Agreement # | The member's agreement number. |
Agreement Club | Displays "Yes" if the club at which the member signed an agreement is the same club where he checked in. |
Agreement Club Name | The name of the club at which the agreement was created. |
Agreement Club Nbr | The number of the club at which the agreement was created. |
Agreement Misc | The Agreement Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page. |
Alert | The name of the alert, as listed on the Check Ins tab on the Attended Check In page. |
Alert Type | The type of alert, as listed on the Manage Alert Types page. |
Barcode | The member's barcode. |
Birth Date | The member's date of birth. |
Cell Phone | The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Check In Date | The date of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In Date/Time | The date and time of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In Status | Indicates the status of the listed check in: Entry Allowed, Entry Denied, Entry Not Set, or Normal Entry. |
Check In Time | The time of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In by Date | The date of the check in associated with the alert. |
Check In by Hour | The hour of the check in associated with the alert (ex. "2 PM"). |
City | The member's city as it appears on the member page. |
Club Account Days Past Due | The number of days from the most recent club account invoice due date (as listed on the Club view of the Invoices on the member page) until the day the report was run. |
Club Account Past Due | The number of days from the last due date for unpaid club account invoices until the day the report was run. |
Club Name | The name of the club associated with the agreement. |
Club Nbr | The number of the club at which the member has checked in. |
Country | The abbreviated name of the member's country (ex. "US"). |
Country Name | The full name of the member's country (ex. "United States"). |
Days Past Due | The number of days from the last due date for unpaid invoices until the day the report was run. |

Emergency Phone | The member's emergency phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Fax | The fax number of the member, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Group | The membership group listed in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Join Status | Indicates whether the listed transaction belongs to a Member or a Prospect. |
Last Visit Date | The date of the most recent check in, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page. |
Last Visit Date/Time | The date and time of the most recent check in, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page. |
Last Visit Time | The time of the most recent check in, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page. |
License | The member's driver's license number. |
Member Misc | The Member Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Personal section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Member Name | The member's name. There are up to four Member Name columns: Last name, first name; first name, last name; first name only; last name only. |
Member Since Date | The date that the member agreement was created. |
Member Status | The member’s current status, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page. |
Member Status Reason | The reason for the member’s current status. |
Membership State | The current state of the membership (active or inactive). |
Membership Type | The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page. |
Past Due | The member's past due amount. This does not include the late fee amount. |
Primary Phone | The member's primary phone, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
State | The state in which the member resides, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Station | The name of the station at which the member checked in. |
Station Group | The workstation group to which the workstation that performed the transaction belongs. |
Status Date | The date of the creation of the current status as it appears in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page. |
Work Phone | The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page. |
Zip | The member’s zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page. |
