Resetting Your Password

Passwords in DataTrak are required to meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards.

Users who have lost their password have the option of requesting a password reset through the Forgot Password link from the DataTrak login page.

The Forgot Password link opens a dialog box that can be used to submit the user name and receive a temporary password via email to the associated email address. The temporary password allows you to log into DataTrak once, at which time the password must be changed.
