Employee Time Sheets by Employee Report

Employees > Employee Timesheets > Employee Time Sheets by Employee

This system default report displays the following columns in this order:

Column Name Column Description
Employee Name (last, first) The employee's name with last name first.
Barcode The employee's barcode, as entered in the System section on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page.
Club Nbr The club number.
Entry Altered Indicates whether the employee's clock in information was altered via the Update Time Record dialog on the Time Sheet tab of the Edit Employee page.
Clock In The date and time the employee clocked in using DataTrak.
Exit Altered Indicates whether the employee's clock out information was altered via the Update Time Record dialog on the Time Sheet tab of the Edit Employee page.
Clock Out The date and time the employee clocked out using DataTrak.
Hours on Clock The number of hours the employee was clocked in to two decimal places (ex. "2.53").
