Employee Certifications Subcategory
Employees > Employee Certifications
This subcategory displays information about certifications held by employees at the club. All data displayed in reports on the Employee Certifications subcategory is accessible from the Certification tab of the Edit Employee page.
The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.
Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Acquired Date | The date the employee received the certification, as listed on the Certification tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Active | Displays "Yes" if the certification is set to Active. The Active flag can be turned on or off via the Update Certification dialog box from the Certification tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Barcode | The employee's barcode. |
Certification Name | The name of the certification, as listed on the Certification tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Certification Number | The number associated with the certification, as listed on the Certification tab on the Employee page. |
Department | The department(s) to which the employee is assigned. |
Employee Name | The employee's name. |
Expire Date | The date the certification will expire. |
Issuer | The entity who issued the certification. |
