This subcategory contains details about employee wages and clock in/out data.

The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Address The employee's address, as listed in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
Barcode The employee's barcode, as entered in the System section on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page.
Birth Date The employee's date of birth, as entered in the Personal section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
Break Whether the employee took a break during the shift: Yes | No
Break End The date and time of the end of the employee's break.
Break End Altered Whether the break end time was changed: Y | N
Break End Modified Date/Time The date and time that the break end time was changed.
Break End Note The comment saved in the End Date/Time section of the Edit Break Time Record dialog box.
Break End Verification Whether verification for the end of the employee's break was required, overridden, given by access code, or provided via scanner: No Verification Required | Verification Override | Code Entered | Fingerprint Scanner
Break Last Modified Date/Time The most recent date and time the employee's break time was changed.
Break Start The date and time of the start of the employee's break.
Break Start Altered Whether the break start time was changed: Y | N
Break Start Modified Date/Time The date and time that the break start time was changed.
Break Start Note The comment saved in the Start Date/Time section of the Edit Break Time Record dialog box.
Break Start Verification Whether verification for the end of the employee's break was required, overridden, given by access code, or provided via scanner: No Verification Required | Verification Override | Code Entered | Fingerprint Scanner
Cell Phone The employee's mobile phone number, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
City The employee's city of residence, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
CityStateZip The employee's city, state, and zip code.
Clock In The date and time the employee clocked in using DataTrak.
Cock In Modified Date/Time The date and time that the clock in time was changed.
Clock In Note The Comment text entered on the Employee Clock In/Out page when the employee clocked in.
Clock In Verification Whether verification for the employee's clock in time was required, overridden, given by access code, or provided via scanner: No Verification Required | Verification Override | Code Entered | Fingerprint Scanner
Clock Last Modified Date The most current date the clock in or clock out time was changed.
Clock Out The date and time the employee clocked out using DataTrak.
Clock Out Modified Date/Time The date and time that the clock out time was changed.
Clock Out Note The Comment text entered on the Employee Clock In/Out page when the employee clocked out.
Clock Out Verification Whether verification for the employee's clock out time was required, overridden, given by access code, or provided via scanner: No Verification Required | Verification Override | Code Entered | Fingerprint Scanner
Club Name The name of the associated club.
Club Nbr The club number.
Company Code  
Country The abbreviated name of the employee's country (ex. "U.S.").
Country Name The full name of the employee's country (ex. "United States").
Current Hourly Rate The employee's current hourly wage, as listed in the Employment section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Department The department(s) to which the employee is assigned.
Emergency Phone The employee's emergency phone number, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Emergency Phone Ext The employee's emergency phone number extension, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Employee Code The employee's access code.
Employee Guid The employee's GUID. A GUID will be unique across all clubs.
Employee Name The employee's name.
Employee Title The employee's job title.
Entry Altered Indicates whether the employee's clock in information was altered via the Update Time Record dialog on the Time Sheet tab of the Edit Employee page.
Exit Altered Indicates whether the employee's clock out information was altered via the Update Time Record dialog on the Time Sheet tab of the Edit Employee page.
Fax The employee's fax number, as listed in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
Gross Salary The wages earned for the listed hours worked (The multiple of Hours on Clock and the Current Hourly Rate).
Hire Date The date the employee was hired, as listed in the Employment section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
Hours on Break The number of hours the employee has been on break as hundredths of an hour (ex. 0.25)
Hours on Clock The number of hours the employee was clocked in to two decimal places (ex. "2.53").
Minutes on Break The number of minutes the employee was on break.
Minutes on Clock The number of minutes the employee was on the clock.
Override Break End The username used to override the break end time.
Override Break Start The username used to override the break end time.
Override In The username used to override the clock in time.
Override Out The username used to override the clock out time.
Primary Phone The employee's primary phone number, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page.
Report Date The date of the listed shift or break.
Report Time The time the listed shift or break started.
State The employee's state of residence.
Terminate Date The date the employee was terminated, as listed in the Employment section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Time on Break The length of time between the employee's break time start and break time end in H:MM format.
Time on Clock The length of time between the employee's listed Clock In time and Clock Out time in H:MM format. This field will not be populated for employees who are clocked in at the time the report is run.
Work Phone The employee's work phone number, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Work Phone Ext The employee's work phone number extension, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
Zip The employee's zip code, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page.
