This subcategory lists details available from the Edit Employees page, such as demographic and commissions information.
The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.
Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Active | Indicates whether an employee is flagged as active on the Edit Employee page. |
Address | The employee's address, as listed in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Barcode | The employee's barcode, as entered in the System section on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Birth Date | The employee's date of birth, as entered in the Personal section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Birth Date Month | The month in which the employee was born. |
Cell Phone | The employee's mobile phone number, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
City | The employee's city of residence, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
CityStateZip | The employee's city, state, and zip code. |
Commission Level | The employee's sales commission level, as listed in the Employment section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Country | The abbreviated name of the employee's country (ex. "U.S."). |
Country Name | The full name of the employee's country (ex. "United States"). |
Current Hourly Rate | The employee's current hourly wage, as listed in the Employment section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Department | The department(s) to which the employee is assigned. |
Emergency Phone | The employee's emergency phone number, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Emergency Phone Ext | The employee's emergency phone number extension, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Employee Email | The employee's email, as listed in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Employee Name | The employee's name. |
Fax | The employee's fax number, as listed in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Has Fingerprint | Indicates whether the employee has a fingerprint saved in DataTrak for log-in purposes. |
Hire Date | The date the employee was hired, as listed in the Employment section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Last Login Date | The date the employee last logged in to DataTrak. |
Last Login Date/Time | The date and time the employee last logged in to DataTrak. |
Last Login Time | The time the employee last logged in to DataTrak. |
Primary Phone | The employee's primary phone number, as entered in the Contact section on the General tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Security Role | The employee's security role, as entered on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page. |
State | The employee's state of residence. |
Terminate Date | The date the employee was terminated, as listed in the Employment section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Track Availability | Indicates whether the employee's availability is being tracked, as set on the Availability tab of the Employee Tracking page. |
Training Level | The level at which the employee may train, as entered on the Scheduling Options tab of the Edit Employee page. |
Training Level Name | The name of the employee's training level. Training level names are configured on the Levels tab of the Schedule Configuration page. |
Work Phone | The employee's work phone number, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Work Phone Ext | The employee's work phone number extension, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
Zip | The employee's zip code, as entered in the Contact section of the General tab on the Edit Employee page. |
