This subcategory allows you to identify changes made to locker information, as well as the employee who made the change and when the change occurred.

The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Barcode The employee's barcode, as entered in the System section on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page.
Change Date/Time The date and time that a change was made to locker information, as listed on the History tab of the Edit Locker page.
Club Name The name of the club where the locker is located.
Club Nbr The four digit number of the club where the locker is located.
Department The department(s) to which the employee is assigned.
Employee Name The name of the employee who made a change to locker information.
Last Login Date The date the employee last logged in to DataTrak.
Last Login Date/Time The date and time the employee last logged in to DataTrak.
Last Login Time The time the employee last logged in to DataTrak.
Locker Broken Changed Indicates whether the Broken status listed on the General tab of the Edit Locker page was changed (either from No to Yes or from Yes to No.)
Locker Broken New Value Displays a "1" if the Broken status for this locker was changed from No to Yes.
Displays a "2" if the Broken status was changed from Yes to No.
Displays "Not Changed" if the Broken status was not changed.
Locker Comb Changed Indicates whether the locker's combination was changed.
Locker Comb New Value The locker's new combination. If the combination was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will be displayed.
Locker Desc Changed Indicates whether the locker description was changed.
Locker Desc New Value The new locker description, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
If the locker description was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will appear.
Locker Description The description of the locker, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
Locker Exp Changed Indicates whether the locker's expiration date was changed.
Locker Expiration Date The locker's expiration date, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
Unassigned lockers will not have an expiration date.
Locker Location The location of the locker, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
Locker Location Type Changed Indicates whether the locker location was changed.
Locker Location Type New Value The new location of the locker, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
If the locker location was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will be displayed.
Locker Number The locker number, as entered on the General tab of the Edit Locker page. This is not the locker combination.
Locker Number Changed Indicates whether the number for the locker was changed at this time.
Locker Number New Value The new locker number. If the locker number was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will be displayed.
Locker Start Date The date a locker was assigned to a new member, as listed on the General tab of the Edit Locker page. Unassigned lockers will not have a start date.
Locker Start Date Changed Indicates whether the locker's start date was changed at this time.
Locker Start Date New Value The locker's new start date. If the start date was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will appear.
Locker Status The locker's current status: Assigned, Broken, Unassigned, or Expired.
Locker Status Changed Indicates whether the status of the locker was changed.
Locker Status New Value The new locker status.
Locker Type The type of locker, as listed on the General tab of the Edit Locker page.
Locker Type Changed Indicates whether the locker type was changed.
Locker Type New Value The new locker type. If the locker type was not changed at this time, "Not Changed" will be displayed.
Security Role The security role of the listed employee.
