This subcategory shows information about employee log-ins into DataTrak.

The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Club Name	The name of the associated club.
Club Nbr	The club number.
Employee Barcode	The employee's barcode.
Employee Name	The employee's name.
Login Date	The date the employee logged in to DataTrak at the listed club.
Login Date/Time	The date and time the employee logged in to DataTrak at the listed club.
Login Success	Displays "Yes" if the employee was able to log in to DataTrak. Displays "No" if an unsuccessful attempt to log in was made using the employee's user name.
Login Time	The time the employee logged in to DataTrak at the listed club.
User Name	The user name the employee uses to log in to DataTrak, as listed on the Security tab of the Edit Employee page.
