Catalogs

A catalog is a collection of products and/or services. Items can be created within a catalog or added to a catalog after they are created. Items can belong to multiple catalogs.

The Manage Catalogs page (Setup > Inventory Setup > Catalogs) lists the available catalogs, along with a list of clubs to which one or more items in that catalog have been deployed. On this page you can create a new catalog or edit existing ones.

 

Creating a New Catalog

To create a new catalog:

  1. Open the Setup Menu.
  2. From the Inventory Setup submenu, select Catalogs.
  3. Click Create in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Type a name for the new catalog in the Name field.
  5. If necessary, enter a note for this catalog in the Note field.
  6. Click Add to add catalog items to this catalog.
    You can also attach the catalog to various catalog items when you create them.
  7. Click Save.
    The catalog has been created.
