Restock Inventory Subcategory

Reports in the Restock Inventory subcategory shows details about quantity level changes for inventory items. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Catalog Item Group The group to which the purchased item belongs.
Club Name The name of the club associated with the transaction.
Club Nbr The number of the club associated with the transaction.
Date The date that the listed item was last restocked, as listed in the Stock section on the Edit Club Items page.
Date/Time The date and time that the listed item was last restocked.
Employee Name The logged-in employee at the time the item was restocked.
Item Name The name of the purchased item.
Profit Center The profit center to which the purchased item belongs.
Quantity The quantity of the item that was added, subtracted, or overridden for the last restock, as listed in the Stock section on the Edit Club Items page.
Reason The reason for the restock, as entered on the Manage Item Stock page.
Reason Notes The note entered with the restock reason on the Manage Item Stock page.
Sale Price The price at which the listed item is sold.
Time The time that the listed item was last restocked.
Unit Cost The cost at which the catalog item was purchased from the vendor.
Vendor The vendor who sold the item for the last restock, as entered on the Manage Item Stock page.
