Vendors Subcategory

Reports in the Vendors subcategory display contact information for the club's vendors. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Address 1	The vendor's address, as entered in the Address 1 field on the Edit Vendor page.
Address 2	The vendor's address, as entered in the Address 2 field on the Edit Vendor page.
City	The vendor's city, as entered in the City field on the Edit Vendor page.
Country	The abbreviated name of the vendor’s country (ex. “US”).
Country Name	The full name of the vendor’s country (ex. “United States”).
Email	The vendor's email address, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
State	The state in which the vendor is located, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
Vendor	The vendor's name, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
Vendor Contact	The vendor's contact person, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
Vendor Discount	The discount offered by the vendor, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
Work Phone	The vendor's phone number, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
Zip	The vendor's zip code, as entered on the Edit Vendor page.
