Process Returns

You can return Club account payments, but the following applies:

• Credit card and other payments that are taken at the club using POS Merchant Services in DataTrak can only be returned in cash at the club.
• Credit card payments billed by ABC through Club Account Billing can be returned to the card that was billed.
• EFT payments billed by ABC through Club Account Billing can only be returned in cash at the club.
