Club Account Detail Subcategory

This report subcategory details members' club account dues and payments. It contains columns that can be used to create a billing statement for club account members. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Address The member's address as it is entered on the member page.
Agreement # The member's agreement number.
Balance Due Club account balance amount due.
Balance Forward Header A static field that lists the date the report is run and the text “Amount Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Barcode The member’s barcode.
Cell Phone The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Charges Amount charged to the member’s club account for the selected date range.
Charges Header A static field that reads “Charges.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
CityStateZip The member’s city, state, and zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Club Address The address of the associated club as it is listed in the Address 1 field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Address 2 The address of the associated club as it is listed in the Address 2 field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club City State Zip The city, state, and zip code of the associated club as listed in those fields on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Name The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Nbr The number of the associated club.
Date of Sale The club account transaction date, as listed on the Invoices tab of the member page.
Days Past Due The number of days from the invoice due date to the date the report was run.
Due Date Due date for the listed club account invoice, as listed on the Invoices tab of the member page.
Due Date Header This is a static field that reads “Due Date.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Due Date (Sort) Due date for the listed club account invoice, as listed on the Invoices tab of the member page. The report can be sorted by this column.
Due in 30 Days The total amount for all invoices due in 30 days.
Due in 30 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Due In 30 Days.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Due in 60 Days The total amount for all invoices due in 60 days.
Due in 60 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Due In 60 Days.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Due in 90 Days The total amount for all invoices due in 90 days.
Due in 90 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Due In 90 Days.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Due in 120 Days The total amount for all invoices due in 120 days.
Due in 120 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Due In 120 Days.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Email The member’s email address as it appears in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Emergency Phone The emergency phone number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Fax The fax number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Item The name of the item associated with the club account transaction.
Item Name Header This is a static field that reads “Item.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Member Name The member's name. There are up to four Member Name columns: Last name, first name; first name, last name; first name only; last name only.
Oldest Due Date The due date for the oldest club account invoice.
Over 30 Days The total amount for invoices that are over 30 days past due.
Over 30 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Past 30 Days Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Over 60 Days The total amount for invoices that are over 60 days past due.
Over 60 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Past 60 Days Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Over 90 Days The total amount for invoices that are over 90 days past due.
Over 90 Days Header This is a static field that reads “Past 90 Days Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Past Due The total amount for past due club invoices.
Payments Payment amounts made to the member’s club account.
Payments Header This is a static field that reads “Payments.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Primary Phone The members’ primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Receipt # The receipt number associated with the club account transaction.
Receipt Header This is a static field that reads “Receipt #.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Run Date The date that this report was run.
Sale Date Header This is a static field that reads “Date of Sale.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Station Group The workstation group to which the workstation that performed the transaction belongs.
Status Description The status description for the transaction, as listed in the Description column on the Invoices tab of the member page.
Total Amount Header This is a static field that reads “Total Balance.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Total Balance The total balance amount from club account payments page in POS.
Work Phone The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Zip The member’s zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page.
