Club Account Statement Subcategory

This report subcategory can be used to create billing statements for club accounts. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Address The member's address as it is entered on the member page.
Agreement # The member's agreement number.
Agreement Misc The Agreement Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Balance Due The current club account invoice amount.
Barcode The member’s barcode.
Billed by ABC This column indicates whether ABC billed for this amount.
Birth Date The member’s date of birth.
Cell Phone The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
City The member’s city as it appears on the member page.
CityStateZip The member’s city, state, and zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Club Account Payment Method The payment method for the member’s club account as it is set up on the member page (Credit card, EFT, or statement).
Club Address The address of the associated club as it is listed in the Address 1 field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Address 2 The address of the associated club as it is listed in the Address 2 field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club City State Zip The city, state, and zip code of the associated club as listed in those fields on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Extension The phone number extension listed in the Contact Information section of the General tab on the Edit Club page.
Club Fax The club’s fax number as listed in the Contact Information section of the General tab on the Edit Club page.
Club Name The name of the club associated with the club account, as listed in the Club Information section on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Nbr The number of the club associated with the club account.
Club Phone The club phone number, as listed in the Work Number field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Country The abbreviated name of the member’s country (ex. “US”).
Country Name The full name of the member’s country (ex. “United States”).
Date of Sale The date of the club account transaction, as listed in the Transaction Date column on the Invoices tab of the member page.
Days Past Due The number of days from the invoice due date until the day the report was run.
Description This is a static field that displays the text “Club Account Invoice” for this report. This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Due Date The invoice due date, as listed on the Invoices tab of the member page.
Due Date Header This is a static field that reads “Due Date.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Email The member’s email address as it appears in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Emergency Phone The emergency phone number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Fax The fax number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Group The membership group listed in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Invoice Balance The invoice amount, as listed in the Invoices tab of the member page.
Item The name of the item associated with the club account transaction.
Item Name Header This is a static field that displays the text “Item Name” for this report. This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Join Status Indicates whether the listed transaction belongs to a Member or a Prospect.
Member Guid The member GUID (Globally unique identifier) is assigned to a member, and uniquely identifies the member for web services functions.
Member Misc The Member Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Personal section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Member Name The member's name. There are up to four Member Name columns: Last name, first name; first name, last name; first name only; last name only.
Member Since Date The date that the member agreement was created.
Member Status The member’s current status, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Member Status Reason The reason for the member’s current status.
Membership State Indicates whether a member is active or inactive.
Membership Type The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Net Due Header This is a static field that displays the text “Net Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Past Due The total amount for past due invoices.
Primary Phone The member's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Receipt # The receipt number associated with this club account transaction.
Receipt Header This is a static field that displays the text “Receipt #.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Report Name This is a static field that displays the name of the report. This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Run Date The date this report was run.
Sale Date Header This is a static field that displays the text “Date of Sale.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
State The state in which the member resides, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Station Group The workstation group to which the workstation that performed the transaction belongs.
Station Name The name of the workstation at which the transaction took place.
Status Description The status description for the transaction, as listed in the Description column on the Invoices tab of the member page. The default description “Club Account Purchase” is excluded from this report.
Term The agreement term (Cash, Cash Open, Open, Installment).
Total Amount Header This is a static field that displays the text “Total Amount Due.” This column is intended for use in an Advanced report.
Work Phone The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Zip The member’s zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page.
