This subcategory displays details about deleted members and their past due amounts.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
0-30 Days The fee amount that has been overdue 30 days or less.
31-60 Days The fee amount that has been overdue between 31 and 60 days.
61-90 Days The fee amount that has been overdue between 61 and 90 days.
Activity Count The number of activities listed under the Activities tab on the member page.
Address The member's address as it is entered on the member page.
Age The age of the member.
Agr Bank Account Num Last Four The last four digits of the bank account number associated with the agreement.
Agr Bank Account Type The type of bank account associated with the agreement: Checking or Savings.
Agr Bank Routing Number The routing number of the bank account associated with the agreement.
Agr CC Exp Date The expiration date of the credit card associated with the agreement.
Agr CC Number Last Four The last four digits of the credit card associated with the agreement.
Agr CC Type The type of credit card associated with the agreement: Visa, Master Card, etc.
Agr CC on File Indicates whether credit card information is saved for the listed agreement.
Agr Card Holder The name that appears on the credit card associated with the agreement.
Agr EFT on File Indicates whether bank account information for electronic file transfer is saved for the listed agreement.
Agreement # The member's agreement number.
Agreement Misc The Agreement Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Agreement Payment Method The payment method for the member's agreement, as listed on the Billing tab of the member page.
Agreement Payment Plan The name of the payment plan associated with the agreement.
Agreement Type The type of agreement (New Agreement, Rewrite, or Renew).
Agt Down Payment The agreement down payment amount, as displayed in the Down Payment section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Allow Charges Displays "Yes" if the member is set to allow club charge privilege, as set in the Club Account section on the Billing tab of the member page.
Auto Renew Dues The dues amount at the time of auto-renewal.
Availability Member availability, as entered in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Bank Account Number Last Four The last four digits of the member's bank account number.
Bank Account Type The member's bank account type: Checking or Savings.
Bank Routing Number The routing number of the bank account associated with the agreement.
Barcode The member’s barcode.
Begin Date The agreement begin date, as listed in the Dates section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Birth Date The member’s date of birth.
Birth Date Month The month in which the member was born.
CC Exp Date The expiration date of the credit card associated with the agreement.
CC Number Last Four The last four digits of the credit card number associated with the agreement.
CC Type Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
CC on File Displays "Yes" if the member's credit card information is saved for billing purposes.
Campaign The campaign by which the member was acquired, as listed in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Card Holder The name that appears on the credit card used for the agreement.
Cell Phone The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Check In Count The total number of check ins for the member, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page.
City The member’s city as it appears on the member page.
CityStateZip The member’s city, state, and zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Club Account Oldest Due The date of the oldest club account invoice due date.
Club Name The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Nbr The number of the club associated with the transaction.
Converted Date The date the member was converted from a prospect, listed as the Conversion Date in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Country The abbreviated name of the member’s country (ex. “US”).
Country Name The full name of the member’s country (ex. “United States”).
Created Date The date the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Created Date/Time The date and time the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Created Time The time the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Credit Limit The member's club account credit limit amount, as listed in the Club Account section on the Billing tab of the member page.
Date Converted to Member The date the member was converted from a prospect.
Date Signed The date the agreement was signed by the member, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Days Past Due The number of days from the last due date for unpaid invoices until the day the report was run.
Deleted By The logged-in employee at the time the member was deleted.
Deleted Date The date the member was deleted.
Deleted Date/Time The date and time the member was deleted.
Deleted Time The time the member was deleted.
Department The department(s) to which the associated service employee belongs.
EFT on File Displays "Yes" if the member's billing information is saved for electronic file transfer.
Email The member's email address as it appears in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Emergency Availability The availability of the member's emergency contact, as entered in the Emergency Contact section of the Edit Child page.
Emergency Phone The emergency phone number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Employer The member's employer, as listed in the Personal section on Personal tab of the member page.
Entry Date The date the agreement was entered, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Expiration Date The agreement expiration date, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Fax The fax number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
First Payment Date The first due date for agreement invoices, as listed in the ABC Membership section on the Billing tab of the member page.
First Visit Date The date of the member's first check in.
Future Invoices The total amount for all invoices that are due today and later.
Gender The member's gender.
Group The membership group listed in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Has Fingerprint Indicates whether the member's fingerprint data has been saved in DataTrak.
Issue Date The date the member was created, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Join Status Indicates whether the listed transaction belongs to a Member or a Prospect.
Last Billing Date The date the member was last billed, as listed in the ABC Member section on the Billing tab of the member page.
Last Renewal Date The date the agreement was last renewed, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Last Rewrite Date The date the agreement was last rewritten, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Last Sync Date The date that the agreement information was last synced with ABC, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Last Visit Date The member's most recent check in date, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page.
Last Visit Date/Time The date and time of the member's most recent check in.
Last Visit Time The time of the member's most recent check in.
Late Fee The total amount of late fees for the listed agreement.
Lead Priority The lead priority level of a prospect: Lost, Cold, Medium, or Hot.
License The member's driver's license number, as entered on the Personal tab of the member page.
Management Indicates whether the agreement is ABC Managed or Club Managed.
Master Agreement # The agreement number for the master agreement associated with the listed agreement.
Member GUID The member GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) is assigned to a member, and uniquely identifies the member for web service functions.
Member Misc The Member Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Personal section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Member Name The member's name.
Member Since Date The date that the member agreement was created.
Member Status The member's current status, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Member Status Reason The reason for the member's current status.
Membership State Indicates whether a member is active or inactive.
Membership Type The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Next Billing Date The next date the member will be billed.
Next Due Amount The next due amount.
Non Member Indicates whether the member has been inactivated from the agreement.
Occupation The member's occupation, as listed in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Oldest Due Date The first due date for the agreement, as listed on the Agreements tab of the member page.
Ordinal The ordinal indicates whether the member is the primary member on an agreement or a secondary member. Primary members are indicated with an Ordinal of 0. Secondary members are organized by their Ordinal. For example, a member with an Ordinal of 3 is a secondary member, and the fourth member listed on the agreement.
Ordinal Identifier The ordinal identifier is the agreement number with an additional number called an ordinal. The primary member on an agreement has an Ordinal of 0, which will not be displayed in the ordinal identifier. For all secondary members on an agreement, the ordinal identifier will be the agreement number plus an additional digit indicating that this is a secondary member. For example, for agreement number 900312345, the primary member's ordinal identifier will be 900312345, while the first secondary member's ordinal identifier will be 90031234501.
Over 90 Days The fee amount that is over 90 days past due.
Past Due The member's total past due invoice amount.
Primary Member Displays "Yes" if the listed member is the primary member on the agreement, or "No" if the member is a secondary member.
Primary Phone The member's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Queue The name of the queue in which the agreement has been placed.
Queue Date The date the agreement was moved to its current queue.
Queue Date/Time The date and time the agreement was moved to its current queue.
Queue Time The time the agreement was moved to its current queue.
Referred by Agreement # The agreement number of the member who referred the listed number.
Referred by Name The name of the member who referred the listed member.
Referred by Type Indicates whether the person who referred this member is a member or a prospect.
Renewal Cash The agreement renewal price paid in cash, as listed in the Renewal section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Renewal Date The date the agreement was renewed, as listed in the Renewal section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Renewal EFT The agreement renewal draft price, as listed in the Renewal section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Renewal Statement The agreement renewal statement price, as listed in the Renewal section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Renewal Type The type of agreement renewal , as listed in the Renewal section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Sale Price The agreement sale price, as listed on the Billing tab of the member page.
Sales Person The name of the sales person associated with the transaction.
Service Fee The service fee amount for the member, as listed in the Member Details section on the Member Summary page.
State The state in which the member resides, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Status Date The date the member's status was last changed, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Status Description The status description for the transaction, as listed in the Description column on the Invoices tab of the member page. The default description “Club Account Purchase” is excluded from this report.
Sync Indicates whether a member's account is synced with ABC.
Term The agreement term (Cash, Cash Open, Open, Installment).
Total Due The total account balance due for this member. This amount does not include late fees.
Value of Accounts The total value amount of the agreement, listed in the Member Details section on the Member Summary. This value includes future invoices.
Value to Date The value amount of the agreement to date. This value does not include future invoices.
Visits Allowed The total number of visits permitted to a club prospect, as entered in the Sales section in Fast Add.
Visits Remaining The number of visits allowed to a prospect minus the number of visits used.
Visits Used The number of visits a club prospect has made to the club.
Work Phone The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Zip The member's zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page.
