Groups Subcategory

Members > Groups

This subcategory organizes members by member group. All data in this report may be verified via the Manage Groups page. This report will include both active and inactive member groups.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Contact Address	The address of the contact person for the member group, as entered on the Edit Group page.
Contact City	The city in which the contact person for the member group resides.
Contact Email	The email of the contact person for the member group.
Contact Name	The name of the contact person for the member group.
Contact Phone	The phone number for the contact person for the member group.
Contact State	The state in which the contact person for the member group resides.
Contact Zip	The zip code for the contact person for the member group.
Group	The name of the member group, as entered on the Edit Group page.
Group Description	The group description, as entered on the Edit Group page.
