Members > Scheduled Activities

This subcategory contains data about members who have purchased and scheduled activities.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
Activity Description The description of the activity as it appears on the Activities tab of the member page.
Activity Note The note entered on the Edit Activity page.
Activity Priority The priority level of the activity: High, Low, Medium, or Urgent.
Activity Status The status of the activity: Done, Not Started, Rescheduled, Started.
Activity Type The type of activity, as listed on the Manage Activities page: Call Back, Tour, etc.
Activity Type Description The description of the activity type, as listed on the Manage Activities page.
Barcode The member’s barcode.
Campaign The campaign by which the member was acquired, as listed in the Miscellaneous section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Cell Phone The member's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Club Name The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Nbr The number of the associated club.
Completed Date The date on which the activity was completed, as entered on the Edit Activity page.
Email The member’s email address as it appears in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Emergency Phone The emergency phone number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Expire Date The expiration date of the agreement, as listed in the Member Details section of the Member Summary page.
Fax The fax number listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Issue Date The date the member was created, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Join Status Indicates whether the listed transaction belongs to a Member or a Prospect.
Lead Priority The lead priority level of a prospect: Lost, Cold, Medium, or Hot.
Member Misc The Member Misc fields contain the text entered in the fields of the same name in the Personal section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Member Name The member's name.
Primary Phone The member's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Sales Person The name of the sales person associated with the transaction.
Scheduled Date The date on which the activity is scheduled, as entered on the Edit Activity page.
Work Phone The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
