This subcategory contains information about upgraded membership plans.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name Column Description
# of Payments The primary number of payments for the plan.
Address The member's address as it is entered on the member page.
Age The age of the member.
Agreement Number The member's agreement number.
Agreement Payment Method The payment method for the member's agreement, as listed on the Billing tab of the member page.
Auto Renew to Open Whether the member's current plan is set to auto renew to open.
Barcode The member's barcode.
Birth Date The member's date of birth.
Birth Date Month The month in which the member was born.
Cell Phone The member's cell phone number.
Cell Phone Textable Indicates whether the listed cell phone number can receive text messages.
City The city in which the member resides.
CityStateZip The member's city, state, and zip code.
Club Extension The phone number extension for the club, as listed on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Name The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Club Nbr The number of the club associated with the transaction.
Club Phone The club's phone number, listed as the work number on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Created Date The date the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Created Date/Time The date and time the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Created Time The time the agreement was created, as listed on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Down Payment Amount The down payment amount for the membership plan.
Email The member's email address.
First Due Date The next scheduled invoice to be paid.
Gender The gender of the member.
Member Name The member's name.
Member Since Date The date that the master agreement was created.
Member Status Reason The reason for the member's current status.
Membership Type The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
Payment Frequency The frequency that the member is billed, as listed in the ABC Membership section on the Billing tab of the member page.
Primary Member Displays "Yes" if the listed member is the primary member on the agreement, or "No" if the member is a secondary member.
Primary Phone The member's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Primary Phone Textable Indicates whether the listed primary phone number can receive a text message.
Profit Center ABC Code The ABC Code for the associated profit center.
Recurring Indicates whether the fee is set to be a recurring annual fee on the member's current agreement.
Recurring Amount The recurring annual fee for the current agreement.
State The state in which the member resides.
Upgrade Plan Name The name of the plan to which the member has been upgraded.
Work Phone The member's work phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Work Phone Textable Indicates whether the listed work phone number can receive a text message.
Zip The member’s zip code, as listed in the Demographics section of the Personal tab of the member page.
