Text Messages

Event reminders are also sent by means of text messaging two (2) hours prior to the event. There is no limit to the number of text messages that can be sent from DataTrak in a day.

Most cell phone carriers charge an extra fee for text messaging. Often times the fee is charged per message sent or received.

The member’s carrier’s text message charges WILL apply when the member begins to receive SMS (Short Message Service) notifications from ABC. The member is fully responsible for paying this cost.

If the member wishes to opt out of receiving text messages, you can change the member’s message preferences.
