Upload Recurring Service PDFs

You can upload a different PDF for each recurring service type, and you can upload as many PDFs as you need.

To upload a recurring services PDF

  1. Click Setup.
  2. In the Members Setup submenu click PDFs.
  3. On the Manage PDFs page, select Recurring Services from the Type list.
  4. At the top of the page, click Upload New PDF.

  1. In the Upload New PDF dialog box, click Browse to find and upload the desired document.

When you select the desired file, the system automatically uploads it. The file name and upload date are displayed on the Manage PDFs page. You can then select this document when creating a recurring service plan.
