Last Used Date Exceptions

In most cases, the Last Used Date column that appears on the POS Item Commissions report will display the last date the member used the service: that is, the last date the event was scheduled on the calendar, or deducted through check in or through the Service tab of the member page.

The following cases are exceptions to this rule:

  • If the service was used but then returned through POS, the date on which it was used will remain the same in the report. To verify this, add the Returns column to the report.
  • If the quantity was manually altered in the Change Purchase Quantity on the member page Services tab, the last used date will remain unchanged.
