Column Name	Column Description
Club Name	The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Agreement #	The agreement number of the associated member.
Member Name	The member's name.
Transaction Date	The date of the transaction.
Receipt #	The receipt number for the transaction.
Unit Price	The unit price of the item at the time it was sold.
Station Name	The name of the workstation at which the transaction occurred.
