No Sales Report

POS > Open Drawer > No Sales

This system default report lists information about No Sale transactions and displays the following columns in this order:

Column Name	Column Description
Club Nbr	The number of the associated club.
Station Name	The name of the workstation at which the associated No Sale transaction took place.
Employee Opened	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time the drawer was opened.
Drawer Opened Date	The date the listed drawer was opened.
Employee Closed	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time the drawer was closed.
Drawer Closed Date	The date the listed drawer was closed.
Employee No Sale	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time a No Sale transaction was performed.
No Sale Date/Time	The date and time of the listed No Sale transaction.
No Sale Note
No Sale Reason	The reason for the "No Sale" transaction, as listed on the No Sale section of the Manage Reason Codes page.
