Sales Person Commissions Report

POS > POS Item Commissions > Sales Person Commissions

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

This system default report displays the following columns in this order:

Column Name Column Description
Sales Person The name of the sales person associated with the transaction.
Profit Center The profit center to which the purchased item belongs.
Agreement # The member's agreement number.
Receipt # The receipt number for the listed transaction.
Receipt Date/Time The date and time that appears on the receipt from the listed transaction.
Item Name The name of the purchased item.
Unit Price The unit price of the item at the time it was sold.
Amount The pre-tax total for the item purchased in this transaction.
Item Disc. The discount amount applied to the individual item.
Invoice Disc. The discount amount applied to this transaction, as entered in the Invoice Discount field in the Sale section in POS.
Tax The tax from this item for this transaction.
Total The total transaction amount as it appears on the receipt. This includes sales totals for all items in the transaction.
Commission The commission rate amount, if the commission is a dollar amount. This is listed on the Sales Commissions page.
Override This field will display "Yes" if an override has been performed.
Override Employee The name of the logged-in employee at the time that a commission override took place. The override employee name appears in the Changed by Employee column on the Sales Commission History page.
Override Note The reason for the commission override, as entered in the Reason field of the Sales Commission Override menu.
