This POS subcategory contains information about POS drawers. The following columns can be added to non-default reports or used when creating a report in this subcategory.

Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Adjustment Reason	The reason for the drawer adjustment, as listed on the Drawer Adjustment section of the Manage Reason Codes page.
Club Name	The name of the club associated with the agreement.
Club Nbr	The number of the club associated with the agreement.
Drawer Closed Date	The date the listed drawer was closed.
Drawer Closed Date/Time	The date and time the listed drawer was closed.
Drawer Opened Date	The date the listed drawer was opened.
Drawer Opened Date/Time	The date and time the listed drawer was opened.
Employee Closed	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time the drawer was closed.
Employee No Sale	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time a "No Sale" transaction was performed.
Employee Opened	The name of the employee who was logged in to DataTrak at the time the drawer was opened.
No Sale Date/Time	The date and time that a "No Sale" transaction was performed with this drawer.
No Sale Reason	The reason for the "No Sale" transaction, as listed on the No Sale section of the Manage Reason Codes page.
No Sale Time	The time that a "No Sale" transaction was performed with this drawer.
Station Group	The workstation group to which the workstation that performed the transaction belongs.
Station Name	The name of the workstation at which the transaction took place.
