Recurring Service Plans

Recurring service plans work just like electronic agreement payment plans. All of the desired options are set in the plan, taking the guesswork out of creating the recurring service. You can even set a default recurring service plan for the club. (For more information, see Recurring Service Club Options.)

You can create a variety of plans based on the services your club offers. Once a plan is set up, it can be used multiple times. And, you can decide whether or not to allow modifications to the plan when the recurring service is created.

The Edit Recurring Service Plan wizard consists of two main steps: General and Purchase. The General step contains options that are common to all recurring service types; the options on the Purchase step vary depending on the specific recurring service type that you choose.

To create a recurring service plan

Click Setup.
In the Members Setup submenu, click Recurring Service Plans.
On the Manage Recurring Service Plans page, click Create.

The first step of the Edit Recurring Service Plan page appears. Required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*), may change depending on the recurring service type you choose.
