Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Check In Date	The date of the check in associated with the alert.
Check In Date/Time	The date and time of the check in associated with the alert.
Check In Time	The time of the check in associated with the alert.
Check In Type	Where the check in occurred: Home Club, Home Company (one of the other clubs belonging to the same company), or Remote Club.
Club Nbr	The number of the club associated with the agreement.
Day of Month	The date of the month on which the check in occurred.
Day of Week	The day of the week on which the check in occurred.
Entry Allowed	Displays "Yes" if the member was permitted to enter at the time of check in or "No" if the member was denied entry.
Hour of Day	The hour of the day at which the check in occurred.
Join Status	Indicates whether the listed transaction belongs to a Member or a Prospect.
Membership Status	The member's current status, as listed in the Status section of the Agreement tab on the member page.
Membership Type	The membership type associated with this agreement, as it appears in the Personal section of the Personal tab on the member page.
