Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Cancel Charge Count	The number of events that were canceled and charged for the selected date range.
Cancel No Charge Count	The number of events that were canceled but not charged for the selected date range.
Club Nbr	The number of the club at which the events were scheduled.
Complete Count	The number of events that were completed for the selected date range.
Department	The department to which the associated service employee belongs.
Employee	The service employee associated with the event.
Event Name	The name of the event.
Event Type	The type of event, as entered in the setup section of the Edit Recurring Services page.
Pending Count	The number of events that are pending for the selected date range.
Start Date	The date on which the event was scheduled to start.
Start Date/Time	The date and time at which the event was scheduled to start.
Start Time	The time at which the event was scheduled to start.
