Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Club Nbr	The number of the club associated with the agreement.
Employee	The name of the employee.
Event Name	The name of the event the employee is scheduled to lead.
Last Visit Date	The member's most recent check in date, as listed on the Check In History tab of the member page.
Last Visit Date/Time	The member's most recent check in date and time.
Last Visit Time	The member's most recent check in time.
Level	The level of the scheduled event (1-5). The names of these levels are user-defined on the Levels tab of the Schedule Configuration page.
Member	The name of the member associated with the event.
Uses Remaining	The number of uses of this event the enrolled member has remaining. A zero will be displayed in the following cases: No member is enrolled in the event Multiple members are enrolled in the event The event is free If the service associated with the event does not have a limited quantity of schedulable events, "Unlimited" will be displayed.
