Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Barcode	The prospect's barcode.
Begin Date	The prospect agreement begin date, as listed in the Dates section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Begin Date/Time	The date and time the prospect agreement began.
Begin Time	The time the prospect agreement began.
Campaign	The referral source for the prospect, as listed in the Miscellaneous section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
City/State	The prospect's city and state of residence, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Club Nbr	The number of the club associated with the prospect.
Converted Date	The date the prospect was converted to a member, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page. This column will be blank for prospects who have not converted.
Days to Convert	The number of days from the prospect agreement created date and conversion date.
Email	The prospect's email address.
Expiration Date	The date the prospect agreement expires, as listed in the Dates section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Expiration Date/Time	The date and time the prospect agreement expires.
Expiration Time	The time the prospect agreement expires.
Issued Date	The date the prospect was created, as listed in the Status section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Issued Date/Time	The date and time the prospect was created.
Issued Time	The time the prospect was created.
Lead Priority	The lead priority level of the prospect: Lost, Cold, Medium, Hot, or None.
Member	The name of the prospect.
Mobile Phone	The prospect's mobile phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Primary Phone	The prospect's primary phone number, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
Prospect Converted	Designates whether the prospect converted to a member.
Referred By	The member who referred the prospect, as listed in the Miscellaneous section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Sales Person	The sales person who assisted the prospect, as listed in the Miscellaneous section on the Agreement tab of the member page.
Zip Code	The prospect's zip code, as listed in the Demographics section on the Personal tab of the member page.
