Some report columns are derived from UDFs (user-defined fields) in DataTrak. Because UDFs are defined at the club level, those columns are omitted from this documentation.

Column Name	Column Description
Club Nbr	The number of the club.
Item	The name of the item.
Profit Center	The profit center to which the item belongs.
Quantity	The quantity of the item sold in the listed transaction.
Sale Source	The source of the sale: POS, Recurring Service, Web
Sales (Items)	The sales amount from this transaction with tax excluded.
Sales (Total)	The total sales amount from this transaction with tax included.
Station	The name of the workstation at which the transaction took place.
Transaction Date	The date that the transaction took place.
Transaction Date/Time	The date and time that the transaction took place.
Transaction Time	The time that the transaction took place.
