Online – Step 4
Use the Online step to control how members can enroll in or cancel events through MYiCLUBonline. You can also display information about the event and list any terms and conditions that apply.
This step has four main sections as described in the following table:
Section | Description |

Allow Enrolling in a Class |
Select the time frame before an event during which a member can book an event or enroll in a class online. For example, “User can enroll in class between 14 days and 1 day before the class start time.” |
Cancellation |
To Allow cancel online, select Yes. Otherwise the member must contact the club to cancel. Select the Hours before event during which the member can cancel. You can select from 1 hour to 23 hours or 1 day to 30 days. |
Description |
You can enter a description of the event to be displayed online. |
Terms and Conditions |
You can enter a list of terms and conditions associated with this event. |
When the final step of the Edit Event Setup wizard is complete, click Finish. The event will appear on the Event Setups page.
