Select Clubs

In the Select Clubs section you can choose which clubs to lock out of the calendar when there are pending events from yesterday. This means that if any event has not been marked as completed or canceled on the previous day, no new appointments or classes can be booked and no other calendar functions can be performed until an employee with the appropriate security level can mark the event as Completed, Canceled-No Charge, or Canceled-Charge.

If you select a club here, then you must also set the calendar lock out time on the Club Schedule Options page. This setting determines the end of day for the calendar.

In most cases, this option is left blank. Otherwise, it can slow down the process of creating new events on the calendar.
