Setting Preferred Measurement Units (Imperial or Metric)

Coach allows you to track stats in either Imperial or Metric units of measurement. Your members can also set their preferred units of measurement and if they're different from yours, Coach will do the conversion for you! No need to calculate.

To set preferred units of measurement:

1. Sign in to your web account.
2. Click your name in the top right corner, then click My Account.

3. Click the Units tab.
4. Set each option as you wish.

• Weight: Lbs or Kg
• Cardio: Miles or Kilometers
• Body stats: Inches or Centimeters
