Windows 11

Windows 11 is now supported by both DataTrak and Membership and Operations software.

 

Known Limitations

The fingerprint scanner is not currently supported by Windows 11.

Computer Setup

The Memory Integrity setting will need to be disabled prior to installation.

To disable this setting:

1. Select Start, enter Windows features, and select Turn Windows features on or off from the list of results.
2. In the Windows Features window that just opened, find Virtual Machine Platform and select it.
   
   
3. Select OK. You might need to restart your PC.

After restarting, please check if you have an option now to toggle On or Off Memory integrity in settings. Select Start , enter ‘Core Isolation’ in the taskbar, and select Core Isolation from the list of results to open the Windows security app. On the Core isolation page, turn off the toggle for Memory Integrity. You might need to restart your device.
