Drill-down Links

Some reports summarize information and link to additional reports with more detail. These links are called drill-down links.

Identifying a Link

To identify a link, look for the following characteristics.

Underlined text.
A mouse cursor shaped like a hand when the mouse is moved over a link.

Here is an example of drill-down links in the Invoices Available to Collect by Paymode report.

Drill-downs in Excel and PDF Files

If you run your report in Excel or PDF format, we recommend adjusting your default browser settings. (For more information, see Browser Settings for Drill-Down Links.)
