Daily Production Report
Report Overview
The Daily Production Report combines the following information into a single report:
- Membership summary from the Daily Account Adjustments, Daily New Accounts, and RFC Preview reports.
- Recurring Services summary from the Recurring Services Historical Summary section of the Recurring Services Dashboard.
- Daily Revenue by Profit Center from the Profit Center Summary section of the Daily Revenue and Deposit Reconciliation report.
This report reflects each member account's primary scheduled invoice amount for the selected period, not the monthly total for all scheduled invoices. In some cases, the Daily Production Report and the Recurring Services Dashboard will not reconcile. For example, if a member account is billed $100 on a biweekly frequency, the Daily Production report for the month will reflect $100, which is the primary scheduled invoice amount. The Recurring Services Dashboard will reflect $200, accounting for the frequency of billing as well as the invoice amount.
Report Summary
The Daily Production Report has two main sections: Daily Agreements Summary and Daily Revenue by Profit Center Summary.
Accounts in freeze status (at the time the report is generated) are reflected on the report. Freeze status is not determined by the date range selected; it is dependent on each account's current status when the report is compiled.
Daily Agreements Summary
The Daily Agreements Summary section sources much of its information from other CRS reports. The following table shows which rows in the Memberships section receive information from other reports.
CRS Report | Rows - Memberships Section |
Daily New Accounts |

RFC Preview |

The Recurring Services section pulls information from the Recurring Services Historical Summary section of the Recurring Services Dashboard. The following table shows which rows in the Recurring Services section receive information from other reports.

RFC Preview |

RFC Preview uses a Month-to-Date cycle, so RFC information is only viewable after the 16th of the month.
The Upgraded and Downgraded rows in the Changed Agreements section are continual renewals and continual rewrites (from the Daily New Accounts report), where the amount is compared and seen as a positive impact or negative impact.
