Members

The Members module is where all aspects of a member or prospect account can be viewed, added, modified, or deleted. The member page provides links to the Calendar, POS, and Check In pages; when you click any of these links the corresponding page will open with the member's information loaded into that page.

Use the Manage Members page to search for members and use the Send Email or Give Away features.

When you click a member's name link on the Manage Members page, the member's page opens. From this page you can click various tabs, links, or buttons to view specific information or perform certain tasks.

The tabs on the member's page are listed in the following table.

These tabs are listed in the order in which they appear on the member's page in DataTrak.

Tab Description
Personal Displays the member's personal and contact information.

Here you can update the member's information, take a photo, set message preferences, assign a locker, view and change the club credit amount, or capture a fingerprint. You can also click the Renew and Rewrite links at the top of the page to renew or rewrite the member's agreement.
Agreement Displays information about the agreement.

Here you can click the Renew or Rewrite links at the top of the page to renew or rewrite the member's agreement, or click the Agreement Image link to view the agreement PDF.
Services Displays information related to the member's purchase and usage of services.

Here you can perform such tasks as deducting services or freezing or unfreezing recurring services.
Billing Stores multiple credit card and EFT payment options for primary and secondary members.

Here you can add payment options, and then set a payment option as the default for ABC Billing, Card on File, or Club Account.
Notes Displays notes that have been applied to this member.

Here you can create or remove a note.
Invoices Displays member invoices and late fees, as well as Club Account or Pre-Pay activity and balances. It also displays ABC and Club payment history.

Here you can perform a variety of tasks such as adding an invoice schedule, freezing or unfreezing a membership, and paying pending POS transactions,
Events Displays events in which the member is enrolled.

Here you can click the Fund All link at the top of the page to fund all events.
Member Alerts Displays any alerts that pertain to this individual.

Here you can click the Create link at the top of the page to create a member alert.
Activities Displays any activities for this individual. For example, if this is a prospect, you may schedule an activity such as a tour of the facilities.

Here you can click the Create link to create an activity for the individual.
Check In History Displays the individual's check in history.
Custom Displays any custom lists or fields that apply to this individual.
User Defined Fields Displays a list of Agreement or Member user defined fields.

Here you can click a user defined field and add a value for this individual.
Documents Displays the individual's agreement images, member documents, or email messages.

Here you can click the Scan button at the top of the page to scan in a document.
