Member Service Balance Report

Column Name	Column Description
Club Name	The name of the associated club as it is listed in the Club Name field on the General tab of the Edit Club page.
Barcode	The member's barcode.
Agreement #	The agreement number of the associated member.
Member Name (last, first)	The member's name with last name first.
Item	The name of the item purchased during this transaction.
Service Type	This column will display "Metered" if the purchased service has a limited useable quantity or "Limited" if the number of uses is unlimited.
Transaction Date/Time	The date and time of the associated transaction.
Expire Date	The date of expiration for the purchased item. The expiration period for a catalog item is entered in the Details section on the General tab of the Edit Catalog Item page.
Last Used Date	The most recent date that the member used the listed service. See exceptions.
Remaining	The number of services purchased during the listed transaction that can still be scheduled.
