Event Setups
DataTrak scheduling involves two types of events: appointments and classes.
These event types can be used for booking and tracking members with personal training or group classes. You can also add members to these event types and optionally bill those members for services rendered during the event. They can be used to schedule an employee or location for an interval of time on the calendar.
To create an event
- Click Setup.
- On the Schedule Setup submenu, click Configuration.
- On the Schedule Configuration page, click the Event Setups tab.
- Click Create.
- Use the Edit Event Setup wizard to create an event.
The wizard has the following pages (steps):
- When a step is complete, click Next to move to the next step.
- When the final step is complete, click Finish.
