Review your Information and Sign the Form

When you select a plan, the Information page is displayed. Here you can review your information and then sign the form.

The Payment Summary is only displayed if the plan you select has a Due Today amount.

To review your information and sign the form

  1. Verify your personal information. Select Update to make any changes.
  2. Verify your billing information. If your billing information is incorrect, go to the My Billing Info page to update it.
  3. Enter your due today payment information if applicable.
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions and Notes, and then select the check box next to each to indicate your agreement.
  5. Sign the agreement with the computer's mouse or use your finger on a touch device.
  6. Select Upgrade.

A thank you page will appear.
