ABC Fitness Network Information and
Computer Requirements

ABC Fitness provides industry-leading gym management and billing software to over 9600 clubs in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. ABC is a Level 1 service provider that is PCI DSS compliant. This guide is meant to help you ensure your club has the correct settings to ensure the software will function properly.

Workstation Access

Our techs will need access to a Local Administrator level account on each workstation so they can install the required software components and drivers. Our software is designed to run in a "most permissive" environment. Please remove all security policies to allow our support staff to set up the workstation and all peripherals. If you need to re-apply security policies to the user account or workstation, please do so after support staff has completed the workstation setup.

Hardware Requirements

Windows 10/11 Retail (Home/Pro) PC with chromium-based browser for general use with a high speed internet connection.

Other editions (Enterprise/LTSC/LTSB/IoT/mobile) are not supported by ABC. They may be useable in in your environment but ABC does not code, develop, or test with those versions in mind.

All-in-One computers are not recommended for peripherals. Review and testing for future utilization is scheduled to resume shortly. If necessary, the current recommendation is to utilize minimal peripherals.

The fingerprint scanner is now supported on Windows 11 by the latest version of Hardware Services.

Products that are no longer supported by Apple are not supported by ABC. Please refer to this page for more information and lists of unsupported Apple products: Vintage Products and Obsolete Products

Computer/POS

Computers provided by ABC are shipped without a Wi-Fi card. We require an ethernet connection or a Wi-Fi adapter to access computers remotely.

  • 10+ Mbps upload speed

Because triPOS Cloud uses Microsoft Azure data centers for load-balancing and redundancy, there is not a set range of Worldpay-owned IP addresses behind the triPOS Cloud Cert and Production environment. Note, though, that Microsoft publishes a (large) weekly list of all Azure IP address ranges
(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41653), which can be used by organizations to update firewalls where necessary. Only U.S. regions are used, and to support triPOS Cloud, firewalls should allow access to outbound TCP/IP on port 9001.

Internet Information

As with any other Enterprise or Business class hardware, Wi-Fi is not recommended for use on workstations with Membership and Operations and peripherals installed. Should a club have no other option, a separate Wi-Fi network should be set up for any guest or free access. Dedicated wired access via single core switches are the preferred connection for optimal performance.
